Finished action plan with action steps and reviewed Equity guidelines
Identifying existing organizational models that provide healthy cooking and nutrition education and budget needs to support food purchasing
Connecting with higher education programs to support our group with interns through data collection and identify existing healthy cooking programs
Exploring funding opportunities to support the cost of food for classes as many of the programs cannot rely on grant funding;
Discussing potential for connections between local farmers and food suppliers to meet this need.
Growing representation and participants in all counties of WNC.
